At Mazzanti Jewelry, we take pride in crafting high-quality, custom pieces. Due to the personalized nature of our jewelry, all custom orders are final sale and non-refundable once production has begun.
Non-Custom Items:
We accept returns or exchanges on non-custom items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with all packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
To initiate a return:

Refunds:
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your item.
